It’s a dark day. I have no Halloween costume, it’s pouring down rain outside (surprise, surprise), and I don’t even feel like leaving my house. The fact that I even got up and took a shower is a miracle. Don’t worry, there is a silver lining to my dark cloud. I have just finished carving pumpkins, I heard “Witchy Woman” on the radio, Squill & B-Rock will be coming over soon, and I am currently baking some yummy pumpkin seeds. Plus I am munching on some home made guacamole with fresh jalapenos with every candle in my house lit. Ok so things are actually looking up. I hope you all enjoy your Witchy Weekends!
Adding to my buy list has become a daily activity. I’m adding things to the list quicker than I can buy them, sad. The perfect velvet dress has moved to the top of my list. Tight velvet, long or short in blue, red, purple, or black in color. I am officially on the hunt ;)
Just a couple photos I found today that have items in them that I want. I am trying to get my “WANT” list all in order. So I feel as though I need to investigate how to wear them once I get them. On the want list is obviously a long sheer skirt, I have been talking about it forever. The perfect fur stole is also on the list. I already have a pretty intense fur collection but most of my fur wraps are pretty thick so I’m on the lookout for one that is a bit thinner.
This lady is the cutest and I want her clothes. I especially like the burnt orange velvet cape :) Yum city. I also can never say no to sparkly dresses. The girl in the photos is none other than Gillian Zinser.
It is quite the gloomy Sunday here in Seattle. The rain is coming down so hard and everything outside is grey. The Boyf and I have gone to the grocery and are now hulled up inside. My thoughts have drifted to warm weather and desert landscapes. I found these beautiful editorial shots on a blog I started following recently Christeric. She is very cute and well worth checking out.
As you may recall I reblogged a DIY turban from www.cocktailsandcardigans.tumblr.com. This morning I decided to try it out because I needed my hair contained for work. I am currently doing a decent amount of building at work since I am short a body. I figure I would dress the part hair in head scarf, white tank, mens Levis, and Vans. Another boy outfit tomorrow for sure :) As for the head scarf I will try it again for sure.
