This Fall I will be showing my art work for the first time in public. I will be showing in the annual show my boyf and his friend from art school put on in Portland. Lovely Layers......
I have always had a hard time with too many layers. I love to wear millions of layers but I always end up feeling like the “stay puff man.” Not like these ladies, they look amazing! It might be because of their thin frames, but man they look so cute. I need to learn how they do. I am pretty curvy so it will be tricky but I will have to start practicing more :)

Being a lady who has been wearing a septum ring for the last 5 years, I love seeing pics of other girls that have them too. Especially this little lady. Not only does she have a septum ring but she is rocking it! I love it!!!!!!!!

As you all know I love a feather in the head, or 13. So whenever I come across photos that people have posted with feathers or head dresses in them I just can’t help but reblog them. I should really get on my head dress making project….

Wanting Warm Weather
As summer approaches, I can’t help but start thinking about what I will be wearing when the temperature starts to rise. Usually I opt for Levis cut off or short mini dresses. But this year I am rethinking my normal staples. I have been seeing a lot of floor length cotton or linen dresses and skirts. Floating and light I think they may be the perfect summer outfit. Sweater obsessed.
On my search for the perfect early morning sweater I have come across these gems and would like to share. All of them are oversized and look to be quite cozy. I just want all of them!!!!!! When you wake up as early as I do all you really need in life is a sweater you can snuggle into on your way to work :)

I heart my Mom :)
When I was young my Mom bought this floral dress. She loved this dress. She wore it for years, any time is was warm enough and she needed to get dressed up. A couple months ago she very generously handed it over to me :) I had to alter it just a bit, hemmed shorter to be exact. But it fits perfect!!!!! The floral print could not be more cheerful so I had to add a large leather belt to the outfit...
Still needing a sweater.
Even though it is slowly warming up here in the Northwest, you still need a sweater in the mornings. I have the perfect sweater for these chilly mornings and just wanted to show it off a bit. I got it at a second hand store for only $25!!!!! It is really thick and a cozy as a sweater could be :)
